Until the big producers of pico projectors ( micro projector’s ) get the resolution and contrast ratio to a higher standard the critics do have quite a strong point against them being used in a mainstream way. Micro-projector’s are a little weak at this point. They do however work well if the lighting is right or at night. The following video is just the average use of a micro projector, it shows a fairly clean, quality image on the wall of a house at night. For now this is still pretty amazing for a projector you can fit in your hand. A nice example for all the microprojector haters out there – for an image that will fit in your palm this is pretty good.

The micro projector will of course develop but for now thats not half bad!
