The Samsung Show W7900 Mobile Phone Projector may be similar to the last samsung micro projector we featured here but it has a few nice spins. The first being this models improved colours and contrast as well as the Samsung Show’s large 3.2-inch OLED screen (yes thats 3.2 inch OLED!), trumped almost totally by the doubled capacity 100 inch micro projector size capacity. This phone size multimedia wonder can show you your media in high quality oled lcd or on any surface with a size up too 100″ – now thats a show stopper (forgive the pun.)

Now this is significant for two reasons. The mobile-phone projectors we have seen up until this model have been very gimmicky. A pico projector has been Crammed into an old nokia shape case and added to the features list – nothing more. But this samsung mobile-media-phone-projector gismo/gadget is not huge, its well designed and started out life as a micro projector and a phone, not the latter with the first superglued in at late development. The second significance to this samsung wondergadget is the screen size, current microprojectors are boasting 50inch speads at best yet this mobile-phone coupled micro-projector manages to squeeze a reasonable quality 100 inch screen out of a SMALLER device.

A combination of samsung’s ultra-ultra-efficient LED lamps and a high quality/capacity lithium-ion battery makes for a winning feature list (see below) and a proposed 3 hour projection lifetime in 1 charge – this seems very good for such a small phone projector, but we will wait and see when we get a chance to test one out.

Unknown whether this phone will make it to western shores samsung have not announced any uk/europe models of this miniture phone micro projecting marvel – but we sure hope it makes it!
