Softex is a great electronics expo and it was worth a mention that the PK101 pico projector made a pretty big impact:

Among the highlights of the Mobile Life Pavilion is Optoma Corporation’s PK101, one of the world’s smallest projectors, which weighs in at 80 grams and fits in the palm of a hand.

“Despite its small size, the PK101 can project an image of up to 66 inches,” said Eleven Chang, Optoma’s Asia Pacific brand and marketing deputy manager.

Using Texas Instruments’ DLP pico technology, the PK101 is compatible with several devices including iPods, iPhones, camcorders, digital cameras, and DVD players.

Thanks to its plug-and-play feature, the pocket projector is a favorite among executives and business travelers for the high level of convenience it offers when making presentations, said Chang.
