Last weeks news of microvision releasing the first ever laser pico projector seem’s to have been the start of good things for the company. This morning Microvision announced their first Purchase Order for the new laser pico’s had been received – well an unspecified customer put in a purchase order for some “private-labeled pico projectors”. Microvision has said that its tied to a recently announced marketing and distribution agreement with an unspecified Asian partner. While no financial information, quantities or similar have been announced its been enough to up the micro vision share prices 3.8%! thats 20 american cents per share, leaving them at $5.43. This influx with little supported financial numbers would hint the markets think that Microvision is on its way, lets just hope this means that laser pico projector’s are that much nearer to shipping out to the uk!
